Crunch Accounting - Premium for the Price of Pro for 3 Months

1. Offer Overview

1.1. The "Premium for the Price of Pro for 3 Months" offer ("the Offer") is available to eligible new and existing Crunch Accounting customers who sign up for a Premium plan during the promotional period using code 'EOTY2025'

1.2. Customers who qualify for the Offer will receive the Crunch Premium subscription at the same monthly price as the Crunch Pro subscription for the first three (3) months.

1.3. After the three-month period, the subscription will automatically renew at the standard Premium plan rate unless cancelled or downgraded in accordance with section 4.

2. Eligibility

2.1. The Offer is available to new customers who Sign up for or upgrade to the Crunch Premium plan within the promotional period.

2.2. The Offer is not available to employees of Crunch Accounting or any affiliated companies.

3. Promotional Period

3.1. The Offer is valid from 24/03/2025 until 30/04/2025 ("Promotional Period").

3.2. Crunch Accounting reserves the right to modify, extend, or withdraw the Offer at any time without prior notice.

4. Subscription Renewal, Cancellation, and Downgrade

4.1. After the three-month promotional period, the Premium plan will renew at its standard monthly rate.

4.2. Customers who do not wish to continue with the Premium plan can downgrade to the Pro plan or cancel their subscription before the end of the three-month period to avoid additional charges.

4.3. To downgrade or cancel, customers must notify Crunch Accounting in writing via their account dashboard or by contacting customer support at least five (5) business days before the renewal date.

5. Payment & Refunds

5.1. Customers will be charged the Pro plan rate for the first three (3) months while enjoying Premium plan benefits.

5.2. No refunds or partial refunds will be issued for cancellations during the promotional period.

5.3. Any additional services or add-ons purchased during the promotional period will be charged at their standard rates.

6. General Terms

6.1. The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, or referral bonuses.

6.2. The Offer is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.

6.3. Crunch Accounting reserves the right to withhold or revoke the Offer if fraudulent or abusive activity is suspected.

6.4. By participating in the Offer, customers agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions and Crunch Accounting’s standard terms of service.

Crunch Accounting's 20% Off Annual Package Offer

Offer Overview: This promotional offer provides 20% off the subscription cost of Crunch Accounting when paid for on an annual basis. The 20% deduction is based on the equivalent cost of 12 monthly subscription payments.  

Eligibility: This offer is available to new customers who sign up for a qualifying annual package with Crunch Accounting as well as existing customers. This offer can be redeemed by customers who were previously on a monthly subscription model.

Offer Period: This offer is valid from 25th November 2024 to 31st January 2024. Crunch Accounting reserves the right to extend, modify, or withdraw the promotion at any time without prior notice.

Discount: The 20% discount applies to the first year of the chosen annual package. The discount will be applied to the total cost of the annual subscription and will not apply to any additional services or add-ons that are purchased separately.

Package Selection: The offer is valid for the following annual packages: Sole Trader, Pro, Premium, Premium Plus. Packages not listed are excluded from this promotion.

Non-Transferability: This offer is non-transferable and cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or offers unless explicitly stated by Crunch Accounting.

Refunds and Cancellations: This offer is non-refundable unless otherwise stated by Crunch Accounting.

Termination of Offer: Crunch Accounting reserves the right to cancel or change the terms of this offer at any time without notice, including the right to disqualify individuals who abuse the offer or attempt to circumvent the terms.

‍Crunch price match facility

1. Introduction

‍Crunch Accounting ("Crunch," "we," or "us") offers a Price Match Facility to provide customers the opportunity to match competitor pricing for equivalent services. The following terms and conditions apply to customers who wish to take advantage of the Price Match Facility and receive a discount.

2. Eligibility for Price Match

‍ To be eligible for the Price Match Facility, the following conditions must be met:

  • The client must provide a valid competitor’s quote or invoice for an equivalent service at the time of sale or within 1 month of the sale.  
  • The services in the competitor’s quote or invoice must match the services offered by Crunch. This includes but is not limited to, services such as Annual Accounts, CT600 tax returns, or any other relevant services provided as part of the package.

3. Proof of Competitor Pricing

  • The client is required to submit a valid competitor’s quote or invoice to verify the competitor's pricing. This can be provided at the time of sale for an instant discount or sent later for future adjustments.
  • Once verified, Crunch will apply the price match and reduce the client’s monthly bill starting from the point of receipt and signoff of the proof.
  • No retroactive refunds will be issued for invoices or quotes submitted after the contract start date.

4. Discount Terms

  • Upon successful verification of the competitor’s quote, Crunch will match the competitor’s price and offer an additional 10% discount for the first 12 months of service.
  • The promotion code E10OFFER must be applied at the time of purchase to receive the 10% discount for 12 months.

5. Duration of Price Match

  • The price match and the associated discount will apply for a period of 12 months from the date the proof of competitor pricing is received and verified.
  • After 12 months, standard pricing will apply unless a new price match is submitted and approved.

6. Limitations

  • The Price Match Facility applies only to direct like-for-like services. If a competitor’s quote does not include certain services (e.g., Annual Accounts or CT600 tax return), these services will be added to the price match calculation, and the final price may be adjusted accordingly.
  • Crunch reserves the right to verify the authenticity of the competitor’s quote or invoice and may reject any false or fraudulent claims.

7. Exclusions

  • This offer is only available to new customers.
  • The Price Match Facility cannot be combined with any other promotions, offers, or discounts, except for the 10% discount offered for the first 12 months.

8. Standard Quotation Requirements

  • All quotes provided by Crunch will detail the availability of the Price Match Facility to ensure customers are aware of this option at the time of sale.

9. General

  • Crunch reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Price Match Facility at any time without prior notice.
  • In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between these Terms and provisions of the Main Terms of Service and any other terms, conditions, or agreements, whether implied or explicit, the provisions of the Main Terms of Service shall take precedence and govern. Any such conflicting terms shall be deemed modified to the extent necessary to be consistent with the Main Terms of Service.

By submitting a competitor’s quote or invoice and applying for the Price Match Facility, the client agrees to these terms and conditions.

Offer: If you pay for and complete a Self Assessment for the 2024/25 tax year, upon completion you’ll receive 12 months free of our Sole Trader Pro accounting package. 

Promotion Period: This offer expires on 31/04/2025.

Eligibility: This offer is available exclusively to new Crunch Free Sole Trader users who purchase a full price 2024/25 Self Assessment. After purchasing your 2024/25 Self Assessment, you’ll be emailed with your discount code which can be used to claim 12 months free of Sole Trader Pro. 

Discount Details: Eligible customers must purchase a full price Self Assessment for the 2024/25 tax year. The standard cost of a Self Assessment is £200 + VAT. The free Self Assessment is only applicable to tax returns for the 2024/25 year and cannot be used on overdue or complex returns.
