Why this software update matters
When we launched the bank account hiding feature last month, we saw tremendous adoption. Over 430 bank accounts were hidden in just a few weeks! It was clear that reducing clutter and streamlining lists is something our clients valued. So, we listened to your feedback and took it a step further!
One of the top requests on our product roadmap was to tackle the issue of overly long and cluttered lists of Clients and Suppliers. We heard from many of you who shared the pain of scrolling through hundreds of inactive entries just to find the one you need when recording expenses.
This feedback helped to shape this brand-new feature. And we're thrilled to start rolling it out.
The new Supplier and Client Archiving feature is a perfect example of how your feedback drives our development. It was one of the most voted-for items, and your insights helped us better understand the pain points it addresses.
What you can do with this new feature
With this feature, you can now easily archive any inactive Suppliers or Clients in just a few clicks. Once archived, these entries will be removed from dropdown menus when adding new invoices or recording expenses. Making the process much quicker and cleaner.
And if you need to bring one back, reactivating is just as simple - just open the "Archived" section, find the supplier/client and unarchive it! Simple as that.
