Crunch lets Dan spend less time worrying about his accounting and more time building his software development business
Dan followed the path of many small business owners by initially picking up freelance work on the side of his full-time job. His company Everstack, which builds web, mobile, or desktop applications, now has multiple clients and sponsors a local technology user-group called .NET Oxford.
“Crunch has helped me by making accounting much easier to manage in a stress-free way - meaning that I can focus on my business and not worry about the accounting side of things.”
When starting out, Dan knew he’d need the expertise of an accountant. He says: “Don't try to do the accounting yourself. There's much more to it than you think, and this time could be much better spent working on your business domain rather than working out how to do your tax (and probably getting it wrong!).”
“My favourite thing about Crunch is that I can do everything from a well-designed portal/dashboard. From expenses and invoices, to bank reconciliation and taxes - it's all in one place, and is very easy and efficient to use.”
If you’re already freelancing on the side and thinking about following in Dan’s footsteps, then Crunch has a suite of packages to give you the support you need to build your business.
